This beautiful home was our respite for 2.5 weeks. Grigoris's place was the top of a 3 story house, with a locking gate/driveway, private staircase to the door, a vestibule with a dainty spiral staircase going up to the house. The house is amazing, bright and stunning ocean view. The living room overlooks the ocean and the tennis court. The couch was comfortable, TV was massive, and had great lighting at night. The kitchen is adjacent to the livingroom with lots of counter space, great appliances, and everything we needed. On the other side of the wall from the kitchen is a desk with office chair and the dining area, and the bathroom with shower and washer. The dining area has a small balcony overlooking the street and mountains. Two bedrooms, with balconys, are on the other side of the living room. Great WIFI. The beach and rental bikes are a short walk. Restaurants and grocery store is a 5 minute drive. The town gets quiet mid Sept. The host was so responsive, helpful and friendly.

The Devil is in the details and our host has planned to try and cover them all! The place is very well appointed. All kinds of thoughtful little extras from beach equipment, first aide kit, snacks, and wine. The space was SPOTLESS, bright,and comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and the shower is fantastic. Grigoris is an extremely attentive host and it’s obvious that he wants all his guests to have an epic and memorable experience in his home. I highly recommend a stay with him

Great place for a summer vacation. The loft has amazing sea view and also great breeze. The house has everything you need and good vibe, we stayed for a week cooked at home and had a great time. Grigoris and Maria are very welcoming and great host. We felt like at a family home. The sea is just 2 min walk. Great small village with wonderful local people.

This was the best long-term stay for me on Airbnb. The apartment is exactly as described, well equipped and has everything we needed to live comfortable for more than 2 month. Grigoris was nice all the way, when we asked to prolong our stay - it was arranged no questions asked, we asked to increase interned speed - he got us better router and brought it all the way from Athina, Grigoris even allowed me to practice graffiti painting on the premises on one of the constructions :) and much more... As we stayed in spring, the beach was empty at most times. There are very few people in the area in low season and I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking for quite and relaxed vacation as well as long-term stay.
