这是我们入住最糟糕的一次体验，我也是第一次写评论，房间不符合合同规定。 入住期间，房间内没有干净，废弃的消毒纸巾。 房间里的气味很臭，被子也很久没有清洁，很大的异味。 其中一间厕所很糟糕，马桶盖子是坏的，使我们的一位朋友摔倒。 预订时已确认任何服务费，但是，当我们离开时要求我们支付清洁费现金50元，房间内的说明没有明确说明我们离开时需要单独支付清洁费，离开后，房东不断打电话给客人要求清洁费，该要求以现金支付。 房东说过许多侮辱性的话，严重影响我们的出行心情，因此我们将不会支付此类不合理的费用！ Hello there! Our room on the 22nd did not meet the contract. During the stay, there were no clean, discarded disinfectant tissues in the room. The smell in the room was stinky. The quilt has not been cleaned for a long time, and it has a big smell. One of the toilets was bad, the toilet lid was broken, and one of our friends fell down. Any service charges have been confirmed at the time of booking. The instructions in the room did not clearly state that we need to pay a separate cleaning fee when we leave. After leaving, the landlord kept calling the guests to request the cleaning fee, which was paid in cash. The landlord has said a lot of insulting words, which seriously affect our travel mood, so we will not pay such unreasonable fees!

Yumi was a kind, accommodating, and responsive host, and the stay was enjoyable. When we first arrived, a lot of furniture felt like it had been shuffled around from the pictures, and things were placed in strange locations that didn’t provide a very smart level of utility. We were able to make it work for our month there with a few minor changes. The dishwasher was also broken, and when it was fixed continued to have issues properly cleaning dishes, so we ended up hand washing most items. Overall for the price compared to other places in the area it was good value, with a little creativity at hand to make the space work for you.

We were very comfortable at Yumi’s place for a few weeks during our renovation. It’s spacious, has parking, and close to public transit. There were plenty of toiletries, linens and towels. If we had any issues (for example, parking was blocked one night or furniture broke one time) Yumi was very responsive. There are a couple of quirks because it’s an old building, like no central heat and only space heaters, and you can often hear the other families living in other units, but overall, a good place for a group or family to stay!
