Super nice remote place to stay!!! Enjoyed getting to watch the amazing Kansas sunset’s. Michell is great at responding fast and making the stay easy.

We have stayed in a few Airbnb's and they have always been impeccably clean. This one was not. I wanted so badly to like this place. It looked cute. We booked for two nights. We entered the room and pulled down the bed spread to find sand, dirt, and grass in the bed. We assumed the hoste's dog jumped up or something? We don't know. There were extra sheets, but they smelled like they had gone sour. We contacted the hoste about the sheets. There was a chair and box that had a sticky residue on them. When I tried to clean it off, the rag turned black. There were stains on the towels and the floor was also dirty. New sheets from the hoste, were not available. I found several different stains on the mattress. Example: black stains on the edge of the mattress and a few dead bugs. I have no idea what kind, but we left. We told the hoste we would not be staying and said we would be fine with paying half, but didn't think it was fair to pay for two nights. We received no response, no refund.

With a character somewhere between cool rural chic and authentic agriculture the farm has a nice scale and is just far enough removes from the main roads. Comfortable and quiet.

The place was nice and clean, no complaints there. Due to unforseen circumstances, hosts werent there. For others staying, eat first or bring food with you. No resturants or fast food anywhere near. No complaints, but a TV and small fridge would have been nice.
