Kathleen responded quickly to questions. Upon arrival the unit seemed clean, tidy and the king mattress was comfy. It's a 2nd story unit so there are stairs and you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking & their dog scurrying about. Routine maintenance was a bit lacking because 2 out of the 3 smoke detectors were not working, the hall bathtub clogged and there was mold on the window frames. Other than that it was a nice unit, the neighbors and the area were really nice too.

Safe quiet neighborhood.well furnished,clean apartment. All appliances worked well. We only had a few questions and Kathleen provided fast, friendly answers.

The Condo was extremely clean and located in a quiet location on a well maintained Gulf Course. The location was perfect and near many restaurants, beaches and shopping centers. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in this condo and very close to everything North Myrtle has to offer. Very clean and comfortable home, and Kathleen was very responsive with our questions.
