Great place for our family of 5 and some relatives. All was as described. We are very happy with the location and place. Definitely would stay here again. The host was very responsive.

Location was terrific. Mattresses were excellent - what a relief! Kim was very responsive and helpful. The dining table was wonderful - easily seated our three-generation family of ten. Sinks in upstairs bedrooms were helpful. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, etc. The fist floor has multli-levels. This should have been listed in house description. If you have mobility issues, or little ones (like our 2- and 4-year olds), this was an issue of concern. Oddly, there is no dresser, or even shelving, in the first floor queen bedroom.

Great location and place. House needs updating in kitchen and linoleum floors. Back yard poorly maintained.

We stayed for a week in July for our first trip to Cape Cod and had an awesome experience. The place is as described but the location is better than we could have expected. This is an amazing spot with harbor views and great restaurants in walking distance. Also very walkable to veterans beach and I also walked to Kalmus beach often. Our teenagers would walk to Main St every night for ice cream. Check out Kilwins on Main St. The house is as described and Kim was a great host. Thanks for a memorable beach vacation to the cape. Things to do while there - whale watching was amazing. We went fishing on the Miss Savanah - golf at Blue River - use the included Beach Pass to check out all the local beaches. Have breakfast or a cocktail on the upper deck of the Hyannis Ferrt terminal watching the marina activity
