Amazing west village apartment. Unique vintage design made me feel like I was on a romantic movie set but still had all modern luxuries in kitchen/bathroom. Adorable building on a perfect tree lined street. Apartment is a true studio but the layout made it great for 1 or 2 people. Gaia and Pietro were very responsive and friendly. If you have the chance to stay here, take it!

We enjoyed a lot staying at this place. It was in a very nice neighborhood and the check-in went very well due to the code given in advance. Even though we asked quite late for a late check-out, it was made possible with fast responses. We can highly recommend this place for your stay in New York!

Tidy studio on a quiet street in THE BEST LOCATION in NYC..the West Village. Great water pressure for long hot shower, wonderful Egyptian cotton sheets on comfortable double bed. Good heat when needed. Plenty of closet & drawer space. Small well equipped kitchen. One block from Health & Harmony for natural foods and near Brooklyn Fare supermarket. Great eateries like The Butcher's Daughter on Hudson, best vegan French restaurant ever at 20 Christopher St. called Delice & Sarrasin, charming coffee/tea place called Oslo nearby and yummy bagels at Murray's, 13th & 6th Ave. Get a great inexpensive massage(and nails) at the Chinese place on Hudson St. one block past Charles St. Close to bus, subway and The Whitney Museum for modern art. Wish I could live here. Prompt response from housekeeper for any issues. Safe, charming, vibrant area. One should know there are 33 steps up to the apartment but well worth the climb! You feel part of the real NYC staying here rather than a hotel and the building itself is quiet with a little place to sit in the back. A REALLY GOOD DEAL!

Amazing location and access to Citibikes and subway. Great communication and the apartment was nicely set-up with a small but very functional kitchen and good refrigerator and freezer. Great stay and would highly recommend it - the location is awesome if you want to enjoy nyc in a different way away from the lights of Times Square.
