Me and my family stayed at the villa for 1 week. 2 adult, a 6 year old and a 2 year old. For them, the stay was very nice. The swimming pool had a perfect height for both and they could walk around the premises. The Villa The villa is very spacious. We stayed with 4 persons in a 7 persons villa so everyone could have their own bedroom. It was also very clean with enough towels and 3 air-conditioning units. 1 per level. The 1st floor unit is situated in the hallway and thus has to cool 3 rooms excluding the hallway itself. The kitchen area is very basic. No dishwasher and microwave. Plenty of plates etc. Enough room to do your own cooking. The outside patio is small, but big enough for 4 people. Something else to mind is that the hot water was enough for 1 or maybe 2 persons to take a shower. This meant for some planning in the morning and evening who had to take a shower etc. If you decide to stay at the villa with 7 people. This could be a concern. The pool area The pool is very clean and of perfect temperature. For habitants of the villas and apartments there are private beds and an umbrella. We however, did not know that the pool was also accessible to the public, large groups and swimming lessons. This was mainly a problem for us adults, rather then the children. What bothered us most was that smoking was allowed in all areas and there was loud music non stop from italian radio. This didnt match our expectations at all. The service The people at Villa Rossana are very friendly. They are always ready to help when you ask them. They do everything to make your stay comfortable. When a bed bed railing was loose from the bunkbed, they instantly came in to fix it. Communication went by whatsapp for us.

We spent two great days. The swimming pool was a great relief from the heat in between our exploration of Pisa and Lucca

It was a really nice and clean place, all the staff were very nice and friendly. The location is perfect to visit all the places to be. We have a great time and we will comeback again.

5 stelle in tutto. Super gentilezza ed educazione. Sicuramente torneremo. Piscina molto comoda con idromassaggio.

Alles gut, toller Pool, große Wohnung. Nur beim WLAN gibt es Nachholbedarf. Insgesamt ein sehr schickes Feriendörfchen mit guter Atmo
