Excellent experience! Nice and cozy apartment, awesome balcony view, great wifi. There's a very nice and large pool area, gym, saunas and hot tube. The beach is very quiet one, which was nice. Our family really enjoyed the stay and would definitively visit Sunil's place again. His communication was excellent.

The apartment is fully equipped, and it features everything you may need. Everything is in perfect working condition, from the water boiler to the heater, kitchen, fridge, etc...and everything is clean and ready for your arrival (And the view is really nice because you are in front of the Ajmán beach, and you will always have beautiful sundowns!) A cool plus is the parking - perfect if you hire a car. The best feature, however, is its host, Sunil! He answers your needs always quick and precise, with good instructions, and he is always present if you need him. Do not think twice and if you must be around the Sharjah area (Or Ajmán of course) just take this place. You will feel right at home, with privacy, in a clean place, and well attended.

I recommend Sunil’s place. The flat is nice and clean. The area is perfect if you’re a tourist.. there are lots of restaurants around , the building is close to Ajman Corniche and the public beach is just across the street. Soon I’ll book it again!
