Die Unterkunft ist eine geräumige, gepflegte und saubere Wohnung. Wie die Stadt Modica ist die Unterkunft historisch geprägt und wunderschön. Es hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr schlicht gehalten, das heißt, dass dort kein unnötiger Kram rumliegt. Ganz besonders toll fand ich, wie sauber die Unterkunft ist und auch gehalten wird. Ganz wichtig war mir das Badezimmer, das dort sehr sauber war. Aber auch abgesehen vom Badezimmer ist die Küche ebenso mit allem ausgestattet, wie z. B. ein guter Herd, eine Spülmaschine, ein Ofen sowie ein Kühlschrank. Man hat dort also alles was man braucht in einem sauberen Zustand. Auch zu erwähnen ist das Waschzimmer. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt kann man dort ganz bequem seine eigene Wäsche waschen. Spülmittel, Tabs, Waschmittel werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, hat man auch einen tollen Blick auf die Kirche. Die Unterkunft ist in direkter Nähe der Hauptstraße sowie dem Schokoladenmuseum, für das die Stadt bekannt ist.

The apartment is unique, superbly located, spacious and obviously renovated well with atmospheric lighting, air conditioning and interesting stonework. The beds are comfortable and it was generally quiet at night. We were surprised and disappointed at the lack of attention to some essentials. For example, there was some cookware and one knife but no other cooking utensils, unusable safe with no batteries installed, no kettle for boiling water and only two tea cups, no cleaning products with empty detergent bottles left for us( which we had to buy) and furthermore only used/ worn out cleaning cloths were provided. No instructions were supplied for the use of appliances, garbage or any useful local information given for tourists such as ourselves. When we initially messaged the host( who we never met) in relation to a couple of immediate issues, her responses were somewhat dismissive and unhelpful. Eventually we believed there was no point in raising further matters with her.

The property is very well maintained and located in an ideal spot. The views from all the balconies are amazing. The decor is a wonderful mixture of new and old. It is very classy.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa, molto bella e molto pulita e in ottima posizione. Abbiamo trascorso un bel soggiorno a Modica. Consigliata!
