The location in Billund is really ideal for taking trips to Legoland on foot and to the Lego House in the center of the town. The house is located on a quiet residential street with no through traffic. What is somewhat unusual for a place as small as Billund (7000 inhabitants) is the number and frequency of landing and taking off planes (approx. 50 a day), which fly directly over the town and create a background noise that takes getting used to until around midnight. If you feel disturbed by airplanes, you may want to stay a little further away from Billund. It was absolutely okay for us. The accommodation is in generally very good condition and was generally clean. In some places, for example under the bed, dust mice collect and in the bathroom the shower drain was blocked so that the water had to drain into the second floor drain and completely flooded the bathroom floor. I spoke to Leif directly about this and he wanted to take care of it as soon as possible. Thank you Leif!
