Duplex penthouse overlooking local golf club with incredible Atlantic ocean views. Large terrace at the front and back of the property, bringing in plenty of natural light all day long. The apartment has two terraces; one at the front, which catches the morning sun, and a larger space at the back, with a table and chairs, sofa, and great views of the ocean and golf course - perfect for lunch, dinner, and drinks. The property is split over 2 floors, comfortably sleeping 4, with an open living, dining, and kitchen space, and bathrooms situated on each floor. It's located in a well maintained complex, with an excellent swimming pool downstairs (open May - late September), and a gardener and handyman on site. There's parking underneath the building, with an elevator that takes you directly to the apartment. There's an excellent beach only 5 minutes walk away along a private footpath, with chiringuitos (beach bars), restaurants, and supermarkets all close by.

L'appartement est en mauvais état, il est mal entretenu. le matériel pour la cuisine n'est pas en bon état, tout l'électro-ménager est bas de gamme. l'appartement est petit, la salle de bain convient pour une personne à la fois. La chambre principale est bien, la literie de bonne qualité. C'est dommage car l'endroit est très calme et à 2 minutes de l'océan.

El dúplex es tal y como se muestra en fotos, con gusto decorado y todo lo necesario. Para mí, lo mejor sin duda es la terraza, amplia y súper agradable, con vistas al campo de golf y a la derecha el mar. La limpieza correcta y la comunicación con Patricia excelente. Las zonas comunes cuidadas de forma impecable. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Costa Ballena is a modern beach resort, with a number of lovely restaurants - serving great tapas and seafood. The golf club next door is regularly used for tournaments, and is well worth a visit (if golf is your thing).
The beach itself is beautiful all year round, and stretches for miles. There are multiple footpaths alongside the sand, with a number of restaurants and bars located a few meters away from the sea.

出行信息

Within Costa Ballena, everything is within walking distance. However, we would recommend a car to explore some of the surrounding areas.
There are also regular ferries from Rota to Cadiz, should you want to explore the local city.
