Villa Oman è perfetta per una vera vacanza a Zanzibar Oksana che ci ha accolto , ci ha spiegato tutto il funzionamento della casa e ci ha dato molte informazioni, è sempre a stata veloce a rispondere ad ogni nostro dubbio Villa Oman è direttamente su una meravigliosa spiaggia , molto tranquilla, ma in una posizione strategica per raggiungere altre spiagge o fare escursioni con le guide locali È molto bella ed ha delle camere meravigliose tutte con bagno privato, la suite ha un bellissimo ed enorme terrazzo che ti permette una vista stupenda sul mare La cuoca, pur essendo una presenza molto discreta, ha provveduto ogni giorno ad ogni nostra necessità, tenendo sempre la casa in perfetto ordine , ci ha sempre preparato un’ottima colazione e su nostra richiesta anche pranzo e cena I masai , sempre presenti , provvedono alla sicurezza e sono molto socievoli e simpatici Il piccolo villaggio proprio accanto alla villa è dotato di una piscina e un ristorante molto belli

Our expectations were fully met. The location can't be beat, right on the beautiful, snow-white sandy beach. Very quiet location, no large hotel complexes in the immediate vicinity, but still small bungalo complexes with high cuisine and bars. In addition, the shared use of the pool facility of the neighboring facility was allowed, wonderful! The cook knows her craft, but is dependent on instructions what you wanted to eat. We felt very safe at all times and were never afraid, even in the evening and at night when walking on the beach. Shopping by cab was very easy and convenient, it was always a great experience to get the great fresh fruits and vegetables from the locals at the small stalls. A supermarket was also in 5 min. by cab great to reach. We will be back, dear Oksana, dear James, thank you very much for the hospitality :)

Loved the location. Very quite and away from all the chaos of Paje. Paje is a few minutes drive. There’s a very nice hotel right next door with a beautiful pool. The house cook made us a few meals and they were all great! Really recommend her for a day or two meals in the house. The property has security around the clock which is a must.

We (2 families (4 adults + 4 kids including a baby)) spent a fantastic week at Villa Oman. It’s well located in Bwejuu and great to be able to access Kijani Resort next door for their restaurant, bar and beautiful pool. Our hosts were always responsive, particularly over some issues we had with power, internet and a temperamental air con which were dealt with as soon as possible. We enjoyed meals by the recommended cook and the help of a babysitter for the kids. It’s right on the beach and there is heaps of room. James and Oksana run a great Air BnB offering. Well done!

Sometimes, you would like to fake your rating to keep a jewel just for you. I was so tempted doing so for Oman Villa. The house is big, comfortable, exotic. It is located in Paradise, on the breezy beach. For sure, it had some inconvenience, but Oksana and James sorted each of them out in a snapshot, with dedication and unique sense of responsibility. We left Oman Villa yesterday. I would not come back. I would live there.
