I stayed at Stag Leap for three months and it was such a retreat! This 400 acre family owned operation is such a treasure in today's fast paced world. The Tiny Home I stayed in was perfect. It was decorated beautifully and had all amenities I could need including a lovely porch where I enjoyed my morning coffee. Almost every morning there was a bunny out there with me. The tiny home was one of many cabins that they have on the property but the cabins are so spread out you could walk in the woods without ever encountering another person. They also have common areas for sports and social activities. The laundry house is precious and I enjoyed the opportunity to get in the hot tub while I was washing my clothes. The owners were so kind and were very responsive to any issues that came up. I love that its a family owned business. You can tell they truly care about their tenants. I highly recommend Stag Leap and I look forward to staying again in the future!

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Tiny House. Sabrina and Kirby were quick to respond with any questions. Mattie was welcoming and helpful with questions about the property and amenities. The property has lots of beautiful trails that are kept up. The place is secluded with a great fire pit. The stars at night were breathtaking. Might want to pack a flashlight if you plan on being outside! The house was clean and had all the amenities necessary for a long term stay. The internet was faster than I expected. Cell service was good. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to getaway, relax, explore the outdoors, or just needs a great place to stay while in Nacogdoches.

Quant little area with multiple cabins to choose from. I actually stayed in two during my month stay and both were clean, well kept, and offered everything I needed.
