房东非常细心，为房客准备微波炉面包机小冰箱咖啡瓶装饮用水，客房很清洁。但遇到不愉快的事情，有房客投诉本人在卫生间染头发弄脏了洗手盆，这完全是莫名其妙，本人要求房东现场查看是谁染了头发，以澄清事实。真实情况是本人从没发现洗手盆有染色物质，但每天早上都有异国房客洗澡并将卫生间搞脏，而我们中国人一般都是晚上必须洗澡，我们看到确实有个别房客给房东带来了困扰和麻烦。非常棒的房东，推荐。

Richards place is just as described! The room is very clean, as well as the bathroom. You do have to share the bathroom but it’s not a problem at all! Checking in was a breeze and Richard was very quick to respond to any questions we had! There is a little seating nook at the bottom of the stairs with some snacks, that was a nice touch :) overall, great stay! Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Heaven in Winnetka! Despite the hustle and bustle in the Valley, Richard's location is amazingly quiet and peaceful. My husband and I felt safe in this neighborhood. The accommodation itself was very clean and incredibly comfortable. Even though it is a shared bathroom, we never had to wait to use it. If I had a question, Richard was prompt to respond. Thank you for making our first Airbnb enjoyable, easy and hassle-free!

Richard’s place was great. We ended up checking in early and he was very accommodating. It was clean. He and his wife were readily available if needed. There is plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend this place or stay again in the future. Their communication is great as well as the place was a beautiful, relaxing and had nice decor. There was some refreshments downstairs and there is the Northridge mall nearby or the Topanga mall. The closest freeway is the 101 you can take to Hollywood or go through the mountains to Malibu/ Santa Monica.
