Nice accommodations, comfortable beds. Good location. Occasionally smells strongly of wet dog in the hallway. One of the nights it sounded like some dogs were left unattended in a room nearby ours and they were stressed and barking for several hours. Park is limited and costs $25 a night. They also charged a security deposit of $75 a night. Some of it is returned but they keep $25 a night for “amenities”.

It was the perfect spot for downtown and you get a bike to ride. The only problem was lack of a vent in the bathroom, prubic hair was on the dispensers in the shower.

Great Location and the parking and river view was amazing!! The cocktails were great!! I’ll be back!!

Phenomenal location, great view, amazing staff. For the price it was a great experience and came with a complementary drinks which were fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful as we need a place to store our belongings at our next stay in the northern part of Portland and they offered to hold onto them until our check in time for our new location. Overall a great experience

hotel rose is great. but DO NOT BOOK THROUGH AIRBNB. if ever you want to alter your check out date, hotel rose is super flexible and will do whatever you want, but if you booked through airbnb it is a nightmare.
