We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe and the home very secure. The house is spacious and so clean. The furniture and bedding are all very comfortable and allowed us to really relax. Janis was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the Cozy Lodge to friends!

This townhouse was exactly as described and the pictures were accurate. Janis was a great host. Great communication! This was a VERY positive Airbnb stay!

I will Definitely be staying here or at another of Janis’s listings! First, very easy to find and the location is Perfect! We were in town for a wedding and needed to be at Utica Square, Downtown and then Way out south for the wedding venue. This location fit the bill! Next, the “Cozy Cottage” is more than cozy! There are so many extra touches that make it special. I had asked Janis if she could get some milk for me. She had milk and Diet Coke in the frig plus snacks on the counter waiting for us. I truly appreciated it! I had mentioned to Janis that we’d be departing on my daughter’s birthday. Janis had a yummy box of cookies waiting for her as well. Soo sweet! Finally, our family travels quite a bit. This was by far one of our Top AirB&B’s!! The space, location, and “feel” was just perfect! Thank you again Janis!
