Nice place for the $$. We loved it being right in the Heart of everything We did over the Weekend. Looking forward to next Year's Blues Fest and plan to book again! Only One issue, the Dog barking next door to Us, it was only during the Day, so We were able to sleep well! Thank You!

The location was great and the host was very nice! My kids and I only stayed one night; so I didn’t mind that it was budget friendly with no frills. I would have rated higher but the place needs a deep clean and a few updates. Broken blinds in the bathroom made me feel slightly uncomfortable since there were people directly outside on the balcony. I put towels up so they couldn’t see inside. There were dirty mouse traps and overall it wasn’t clean. The bathroom had a utility sink and my kids could not reach to wash hands. I would recommend a step stool so you don’t have to hold your kids every time they need hands washed. I did book another room and host called me and offered me this upgraded room at no cost. I’m not sure the state of the original room I rented but wished I would have looked at both before making my decision. He said this room was bigger and would be more comfortable for us but I couldn’t help but wonder if the other room was clean. The bed was very comfortable though!

Perfect for a beach getaway! Everything you need in a studio apartment, hot shower and a comfy clean bed. Super cute terrace. We will be back!

There was supposed to be a code lock on the entrance. It was hanging loose on the door and the door was open. It claimed to be a 'boutique hotel' but there was no one around. The corridor where my room was supposed to be had no light. The whole place had a creepy vibe. I would not have felt safe staying there so I left and found a hotel. I made an effort to get a refund with no luck. Realizing that it was his word against mine I doubted that it would doubtful that I would be successful if I proceeded. I decided to chalk it up. All in all a terrible experience. I will be more careful if I choose to use Airbnb again.
