We loved our stay at Nuria’s apartment. Nuria and her father who met us for check in were incredibly kind and friendly. The apartment is ideally located in the old town and about 20 minutes walk to the beach. We loved the sound of the church bells in the morning whilst having coffee. The two terraces have a perfect combination of the old town view and the mountains on the other side. The apartment was very well equipped - oil and spices for the kitchen and the yoga mat was a nice touch to use on the terrace. We needed to do a few days of work on laptops and the Wi-Fi was sufficient. Thank you for a lovely stay☺️

We had a wonderful stay in this charming, cosy flat in Xàbia. Ana was lovely & very helpful; responded to all our questions and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The two large terraces offered views of the old town and vistas of the mountains; morning coffee in the sunshine on the east terrace, and watching the sunset on the west terrace. The bed was very comfortable. A tastefully decorated spot to enjoy Xàbia.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for our holiday. Nuria's father let us in and was very friendly. Gave clear instructions about the house. The house was clean and the two roof terraces were super! Javea itself also a nice village (even if there was a bit less to do now in February). Would definitely recommend it.

Nuria is bijzonder vriendelijk, we voelden ons welkom. De lokatie van het appartement is geweldig midden in het oude stadje en met de Mercat Municipal op loopafstand. Ook het dakterras voor en achter was geweldig. Een paar dingen die verbetering behoeven: de douche/toiletruimte had een enorme putlucht. De airconditioning werkte niet constant om de ruimte te verwarmen, dit was wel echt nodig. De in de advertentie afgebeelde open haard (waar we ons op hadden verheugd) bleek niet te werken. Verder was de keuken nogal schaars ingericht, koffie apparaat bleek te lekken, waterkoker vol met kalkaanslag. Het zijn kleine dingen die door de eigenaar makkelijk verholpen kunnen worden. De sfeer in het appartement was wel heel prettig en de lokatie is een 10!

I had a fantastic long Stay at Nuria and her family’s loft in Javea. Nuria was incredibly friendly and helpful with all the questions I had from first contact, throughout my entire stay and until I left. Her parents who run an architectural studio downstairs in the building were just as kind and I can’t thank them enough for all the help they offered. The apartment itself was the perfect place to relax, housing two huge sunlit terraces on each side with ample space to hang out. Inside is bright, airy, cozy, peaceful and I loved every minute of my time there. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in during all my many travels. The building is situated right in the center of the old town of Javea with stores, markets, restaurants and cafes right around the corners. I highly recommend staying with Nuria and her family if planning on visiting this town. It was magical. Thank you Nuria!
