Fabulous Checks all the boxes and then some. Great apartment. Newly renovated. Hot shower, good WiFi, aircon. Spacious and comfort. Fabulous southern view looking over the sea. Sunrise sunsets. Nice people. Family atmosphere. Well Maintained. Hop skip and a jump to the center of town. Sea wall night life. Great wet market and Prince super market. Right on the main road. Plenty of triks and buses. Bus 20 minute ride to dalaguete beach park beach. Look it up on YouTube. On and on. Don’t miss out!

The place is clean,quiet and peaceful.The view is great especially because you have your own balcony where you can sit and relax.The host and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Will definitely book again in the future.

We had a great stay for three nights. Everything was great. The place is on the highway, so those sensitive to noise should have ear plugs to dampen the outside noise of passing vehicles. Definitely great value for the price. I would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Waking up in the morning with the sea view is amazing. We took advantage of the low tide getting some sea shells, oh what an experience. There may be something in the unit that you might need that is not present , Maam Bernardine will attend your needs immediately with her very hospitable aura. The apartment might not be perfect in some aspects but the attentiveness of the host made it stand out. Kudos to the owner, their property is one of a kind. The sea/sea views are just in their doorsteps. Thanks sir Edward and Maam Bernardine
