We were displaced due to a fire, Paul got us in his place quickly. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and came equipped with all the things we needed for a family with 3 kids. We were especially grateful to find a friendly host because we couldn't imagine not being able to bring ours with us. Paul is super responsive to any needs. He was also very flexible and extremely understanding when insurance was slow to re-book. We highly recommend him.

This home was exactly what we needed as we finished up the build process on our new home. From the very beginning, Paul the owner was extrememly responsive and helpful. Without hesitation, he bought a new washing machine when the last one had a minor leak; it still worked, but he still wanted to make sure we didn’t have problems with it and simply bought a new one. Our build process took longer than expected and Paul was exceptionally kind with extending our stay multiple times and keeping us in the loop with the booking status of the home, knowing that building often takes longer than anticipated. We came with 3 pets, 2 children, my husband and myself and we all had everything we needed. Without a doubt we would stay here again. Thank you Paul!

We lived here for three months as we awaited the completion of our new home. The house is terrific and just as it’s shown on the website. Wonderful deck to enjoy the great weather. It’s located near shopping, restaurants and anything else you need. Paul and his wife are the best hosts ever checking in to make sure all is well.

This was the perfect little house and area to stay while our house is done being built. The fenced in yard made it very easy on us with two dogs. And they really enjoyed barking at the squirrels. The neighborhood is very quiet and we enjoyed walking the dogs around the neighborhood and ponds. Paul was very accommodating! Super nice guy!

This is a very good place, the same as the description of the site, parking is very convenient and safe, we and the children are very like the home, backyard platforms is the place where the children and I will play tomorrow, Paul each reaction is very timely and thoughtful, thank them for our fresh eggs, let us feel very warm, like living at home.
