nutter是一位非常热情的房东，我们因为对公寓不熟悉特地到酒店来接我们，对公寓的东西使用一点点教我们。公寓非常干净，设施齐全，厨房，洗衣机都有。对我们提出的临时问题也帮我们解决，非常感谢。公寓地理位置也很好，楼下小区安保做得很好。超赞的住宿、比酒店住着舒服。

Roomy than expected, with one bedroom, one living room with kicken, and two toilets. The residents building is a decent one. What i enjoy the most is that i walked 10 minutes every morning, towards the morning sunshine, to the nearby fresh local market to get the whole day of food. With the kichen, i tried various dishes every day, the tom yun soup etc.

Overall, really great place but showing its age a bit. Check in and communication was amazing, flexible and easy. Nuttee was the perfect host! The view is still stunning even with the new building constructed off to the right of the balcony. Location is fantastic with tons of great spots nearby and easy to get to trains. The only downside is a bit of noise from the road. Nothing too bad, but occasionally you get the motor bikes and trucks from the highway, because the glass doors to the balcony are a bit thin.

Nuttee is an amazing host who responds really quickly to messages and overall is very helpful. The place has a good location, close to many restaurants, pubs, a sky train station. It is also close to the Ramathibodi hospital (where we were doing a placement). There is one pool next to a gym and also a smaller pool in connection to a reading area. The place is spacious with a balcony and definitely had everything we needed, such as towels, washing machine and clothes iron. There were some tiny ants in the kitchen but apart from that the space was clean. It is possible to have the flat cleaned for a small fee. Overall we would definitely recommend it! We stayed 6 weeks.

Nuttee is an accommodating host. She responds to messages quickly. Some cons: The views shown on the site are not accurate. Baiyoke Tower, the tallest structure shown, is now almost completely blocked by construction of an apartment complex next door to Nuttee's place. In addition, construction noise can be heard, but it's really not intrusive. In addition, ensure you understand how to access and use the elevators. You'll need to use your key card, and will need to press an access button, but it's not intuitive. Finally, apparently Airbnb is illegal in Thailand. You'll pass a banner hanging in the lobby near the elevators that says daily and weekly rentals are illegal, you'll be reported to the police and prosecuted, etc. Pros: Nuttee is a great communicator. She's also very accommodating. When I mentioned that I booked the last night because I had a 1:30 AM flight the next day and would not be sleeping there that night, but didn't want to check out too early, she offered to refund that night's payment. There was a problem with the water heater for the shower, and she had it fixed almost immediately, and was in constant communication. The apartment is beautiful and very clean, and just as shown. There are two AC units, but I found that I needed only one at a time. It's a few minute walk to Rang Nam Alley, a wonderful street full of restaurants and cafes, and of course 7-11s. It's about a 10-15 easy walk to the Victory Monument Skytrain Station. I really appreciated the bottled water and bananas she left in the refrigerator. And the washer with soap and softener on the balcony. I highly recommend staying at Nuttee's place
