Cindy’s cabin was perfect gif our visit to the Custer area. Very peaceful at the end of a dead end dirt road with a family of turkeys wandering by every morning. Cindy net is upon arrival to let us in and show is everything in the cabin. She was very responsive and friendly both before and during our stay and even jet us send an Amazon package there so we would have it upon arrival. Highly recommend!

We loved the setting. It was nice and quiet. Works great when traveling with a pooch. Cindy, Stony, and Buddy their new pup were all very friendly. Only negative was the gravel road, and biting bugs.

We enjoyed our stay at Cindy's place and definitely recommend it! Our daughter loved the loft and also having fires for smores a couple of nights we were there! We liked the location situated between Hot Springs and Custer. Everything requires some driving to get to, but if you are visiting the Black Hills you are likely going to be driving anyhow! Cindy's communication was great and she provided some good local tips that we enjoyed. A few additional thoughts. First, there were four of us, three adults and one child and the space worked ok for us but it was a bit cramped with both the ladder for the loft down and the second bed pulled out. I think the sizing is perfect for two adults and a child and would highly recommend in that case. The other things to be aware of are that the toilet is elevated in the bathroom a few inches compared to the rest of the bathroom which took some getting used too. Also, the pull out bed worked fine but it is not the most comfortable option.
