This was the perfect place to celebrate my bachelorette trip! Very spacious, clean and the house has beautiful decorations. The view and sunsets cannot be matched!! On our last night, a family of deer came up to the property , it was amazing. The only thing we had an issue with was the hot tub, it did not heat up but the owner was very responsive to our messages and apologized. Would absolutely recommend this place especially for larger parties / families!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The house was pristine and had everything you would need. The kid room and second living really made it easier with kids. We all had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

The house was absolutely beautiful and clean they had games for the kids we also had access to the lake, we did enjoy our time there HOWEVER they had construction next door from 8Am to 5Pm and it was super super loud the workers also had very loud music to the point that we had to talk to them which make things a little stressful. I think this need to be mentioned on the Airbnb listing, we were looking for a quite place to relax and even though the home was perfect the crazy amount of noise from the construction make things very upsetting and and disappointing.

We had a lovely vacation with the whole family, our daughter loved the kids room and all the games. The house gives enough space for everyone with very nice and comfortable bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the Barbeque Place has a wonderful view. Every room has a wonderful view. The house next door is under construction at the moment and this disturbed the peaceful and private atmosphere outside a bit. The way down to the lake is not easy to manage for the older generation or little ones. We had very good food at Gennaro's Trattoria, good with kids was The Branch Neighborhood Grill. Good with kids: the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch, the Landa Park and the McKenna Children Museum in New Braunfels. Fredericksburg is a really nice city with a lot of cute shops and a lot of Winerys on your way. We really enjoyed our stay.
