This beautiful house belongs to Paphos Gardens Resort which is located just off the main sea side road opposite sandy beach and is in one of the most sought after locations in Paphos. There is a choice of communal pools - one at the hotel directly across from the house, the other a 100 meters walk away. The hotel offers the use of the Gym, Tennis courts, kids playground, Sauna and spa, some of which may incur a charge. There are also Restaurant with options of breakfast or all-inclusive! The house has been recently renovated with its contemporary kitchen, all new appliances, marble floors and luxury details. The property sleeps 8 comfortably, with the option to have 1 further fold out single beds on request, ideal for a child. There is also a travel cot / high chair available on request. Contemporary kitchen - with Hob / Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, coffee machine, Fridge / Freezer, Dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc Iron and board, hair dryer, washing machine, safe, alarm and BBQ. Smart TV, 4K, 49 inch (123 cm), some sattelite channels, YouTube, option of Netflix with your password. Linens and even beach towels are provided. All you need to bring with you is your clothes!

We are delighted with our stay. We were 2 families with the kids. The house is spacious, it was enough for all of us. The beach is within walking distance. We played tennis and visited the evening entertainment in the hotel. Anna is super responsive and very nice.

Keliavome į Kiprą žiemos sezonu. Apartamentai pilnai atitiko mūsų lūkesčius, nes gyvenome 4 suaugę ir 5 mažamečiai berniukai. Anna puiki šeimininkė, visada labai greitai atsakydavo į iškilusius klausimus. Paplūdimys, restoranai bei lankytinos vietos pasiekiamos pėsčiomis. Puiku tai, kad apartamentai viešbučio teritorijoje ir nuėjus į registratūrą kuri yra už 100metrų gali užsisakyti pusryčius, pietūs arba vakarienię. Automobilio parkavimo vieta tiesiai prieš apartamentus. Apartamentuose viską radome ko reikia atostogaujant su mažamečiais vaikais. Puiki vieta, puiki šeimininkė, puikios atostogos!!!

I spent a week in Paphos together with two other families and I must say we had a great experience.The rooms were clean and comfortable and the host eager to help. It is close to the beach ( about five minutes' walk) and perfect for a getaway with family or friends. I would definitely recommend it to everybody!

The house is situated in a quiet guarded complex at the end of cul-de-sac road but still close to wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, takeaway, cafes, banks and car rental companies. Guests will find local mini markets, hypermarkets, pharmacies, famous Paphos Harbour with its promenade, historical sites such a Paphos Castle and ancient mosaics are all within a ten minute walk. The popular 'Bar Street' area is also within walking distance where you will find the nightlife in Paphos.
Municipal sandy beach is only 3 -5 minutes stroll (400 m) from the villa.
There is a good quality kids and adult entertainment in hotel featured most nights and daytime as well. Paphos Gardens is a complex to suit all tastes and ages, and is the fantastic place to come and see all that Paphos and Cyprus has to offer.
