Firstly we had an issue with the checkin date, when we went to pick up the key we discovered there was an issue with the check in date and the Villa was not available until the next day. Manuela resolved this issue within 15 minutes and we had another place to stay for the one night. This was resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction. The location is not totally accurate, hard to find. Things to note 1 15 - 20 minutes walk to nearest restaurants - a hilly walk back 2 3 km away from nearest supermarket 3 no small shops nearby 4 a car is required 5 Villa itself is adequate and pool area is quiet and not overcrowded. 6 lovely view from pool area and villa down to the lake 7 need to be careful with electric as quite frequently system overloads with air conditioning etc 8 peaceful and very pleasant surroundings All in all a pleasant stay but if you don’t have a car be prepared to walk lots. Manuela was a very good host and helped when needed

Great set up and we loved the pool. Nice location. Perfect for families. Air conditioning felt amazing and the views of the lake were lovely. You have to go to a separate location to get the keys for check in but otherwise it was pretty simple.

We had a wonderful stay of 5 days with 5 people. The location is really amazing, you have a beautiful view of the whole Garda lake! The house was clean, all facilities and were there, enough towels as well. Manuela was the best host we have ever had, she was very open to questions, gave many tipps and even brought extra blankets! The communication was very quick and helpfull- thanks for that Manuela! I would definatelly recommend this place to everyone, also kids had lots of fun in the poo :) The pool has a lifeguard, he and she take their job very responsibly looking out for the kids and keeping the area neat and tidy. The neighbours are very pleasant, we had many nice conversations. thank you for the unforgettable time!

Das Haus ist ein Reihenhaus in einer privaten Anlage. Es ist schön die Bilder entsprechen genau dem was vor Ort ist. Wir waren zu fünft mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern. Es gab ein kleines Gastgeber Geschenk zum Einzug. Kleine Shampoo's und Duschgele, Handseife, Spüli und Lappen, Toilettenpapier, 1 große Flasche Wasser, 1 FLasche Prosecco und eine Packung Chips. Ausreichend Handücher sind vorhanden und die Betten schön hergerichtet. Die angegebene Adresse bzw Hausnummer stimmt nicht mit der Anzeige überein. Anscheinend ist bei unserer super Einweisung eine Email mit der genauen Wegbeschreibung untergegangen. Aber Maurits der Gastgeber kam nach 15 min nach einem Anruf und hat uns zum richtigen Haus gebracht. Danke dafür. Es ist sehr ruhig da viele doch schon ältere Leute dort wohnen. Also für Jugendliche die Party wollen eher nix. Für Familien wäre wichtig zu wissen das Mittagsruhe von 13Uhr bis 15.30Uhr zu halten ist. In der Zeit kann man schwimmen aber sehr sehr sehr leise. Es gibt auch einen Bademeister der wohl aber eher pro forma anwesend ist, weil ein Teil des Pools tief ist. Er unterhält sich lieber mit den Anwohnern oder fröhnt seiner Leidenschaft dem Handy. Somit ist seine Aufmerksamkeit dem Pool und den sich darin befindenden Personen nicht wirklich gegeben. Es gibt zwei Sonnenliegen im Garten die selber zum Pool befördert werden müssen da die Liegen am Pool den Anwohnern gehören. Gott sei Dank hatten wir liebe deutsche Nachbarn die uns in die Gepflogenheiten eingewiesen haben. Alles in allem haben wir eine schöne Woche verbracht. Danke
