Very homey, and the tea room below is so unique. I'd return again just to have those fresh warm scones delivered to our door in the morning--they were excellent!

Wonderful Airbnb! This Airbnb was in a wonderful location of a great city. It is walkable to downtown or around the neighborhood. The bed has to be one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in. The breakfast was delicious. A true gem of an Airbnb, and I would absolutely return.

What an unbelievable experience, staying in this historic home. If only the walls could talk. And the tea house downstairs? Wow! How lucky we were to find this gem! Thanks Gretchen, we'll come back, should the opportunity arise.

We only stayed one night, but the suite was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Extra thanks for accommodating our query for gluten free options. Would stay again!

Nice location, peaceful neighborhood and hospitable host. No place to get water except out of bathroom tap so bring bottles with you. Flickering lights and unlit crawlspace was a bit spooky for a solo traveler.
