Have been going to the lookout annually for 8 years. Always a good experience. We had a few issues: the ac was broken, and the hottub kept shutting off. Guest services were responsive and did their best to fix the issues with minimal disruption and also provided solutions (portable ax units and an offer to switch homes, we stayed, however). Our dog really enjoyed the secure deck. The home was lovely. Would stay again.

What a great place to stay for the weekend. Love the layout, the hot tub, the indoor-outdoor fireplace and basically everything we need for the stay can be found in the house. Also enjoyed all the windows and how bright the place is throughout the day. Definitely will be back again!

We had such a nice stay at the Brass Monkey. The house is darling with a large wrap-around porch that even our dog could enjoy with us because of the gates on either entrance. Our kid loved the bunk room and being just steps away from the pool.

The house was very clean, had many amenities including beach towels for the hot tub, many dishes and pots and pans in the kitchen, and was very child and dog friendly. The house is in a great community with a pool and water access. The description of everything is very accurate. My second time staying at The Lookout and really have enjoyed it! Thank you for a great stay.
