Ik ben tweemaal geweest het afgelopen half jaar. Eerste periode was september en oktober 2023. Laatste periode was februari en maart 2024. Ik heb in deze beide periodes gewerkt in Clackamas. Voordeel was dat de accommodatie 10 minuten van de warehouse lag. Ik had gekozen voor een Airbnb omdat ik dat huiselijker vind dan een hotel. en daar hecht ik erg aan. Locatie was midden tussen de bomen in een rustige wijk. Het is erg privé en er zijn weken geweest dat ik Mark en Eileen helemaal niet gezien heb. Dit kwam natuurlijk ook omdat ik vroeg weg was elke ochtend en rond 18.00 uur weer terug was. De locatie is ook zeer centraal. Het vliegveld van Portland is bijvoorbeeld 25 minuten rijden. Al met al een toppertje die ik iedereen aanraadt. Mark en Eileen zijn zeer gastvrij en doen er alles aan om je het helemaal naar de zin te maken.

This place was very pleasant and quiet, plenty of coffee and snacks. Eileen and Mark were very responsive and kind, and we would love to stay here again.

This was a beautiful and cozy little spot surrounded by lush tall trees - I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood is. The space was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and very communicative. I would stay here again!

Mark and Eileen were the most gracious hosts! I was there when the snow and ice storms came through. I made the mistake of trying to drive and got stuck in another neighbors driveway. Mark slid down the hill with his ski poles to make sure I was okay. The next day he helped get the car safely moved. They also invited me to join them for meals knowing I couldn’t get to a restaurant or grocery store. A great couple and super hosts!

We had a great stay, and Eileen and Mark were fantastic hosts. Super communicative and responsive, as well as helpful. It just so happened to be in the midst of a winter storm and they went above and beyond to make sure we had every amenity, that we were warm and safe and well taken care of. Absolutely lovely home that we would love to return to when we’re in the area again. Thank you for two weeks of peace and calm in your home!
