Our family of 12 rented the entire villa for four nights and it was perfect for our needs. Emma's place is immaculate, featuring luxurious modern amenities and plenty of space. Wi-fi and air conditioning are available throughout the entire property. The staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs, always helpful in arranging shuttle transfers to and from the airport as well as to town. Continental breakfast is included and breakfast menu is available for other selections, at an additional fee. Food was prepared very well which we all enjoyed. The residence is quite far from the town center (roughly 10 minutes by van or tuk-tuk) where the eating places are but restaurant services are available with 24 hours notice needed for the food choices selected from their menu. We availed of the boodle food fight which we enjoyed thoroughly. Beware, serving is very generous. We also booked our tours with Bella Villa which was very convenient. Great place to stay and very well recommended.

Pros: The staff team was very friendly The place feels newly renovated Wifi is strong on the 2nd floor Cons: No AC in the living rooms Wifi is weak on the 1st floor Some of us arrived a few hours early, and were asked to wait until 2pm while all the rooms were ready. We were offered an expensive chef service that doubles what you’d pay at a nice local restaurant. When we declined the offer, we were told we’d have to pay every time we use the kitchens. We were told daily basic cleaning would incur an extra charge when the house rules they post on every room door clearly says it is included. Both of the above we had to argue to waive the charges. We’ve been using Airbnb for 10 years across many countries and have been hosts ourselves, and we almost never give reviews below 5 stars. However, the off-putting policies and communication left us a poor impression. We tipped the staff for their good service, but have doubts about the management.

Emma’s villa, Villa Bella, was the most accommodating place that we’ve ever encountered so far! We’ve been traveling the world with our children and nothing could beat the beauty of the Philippines and now, the services and staff of our Bella Villa! We are impressed because it felt like my mothers home🥰!!! Clean and all our wishes were granted especially with the delicious Filipino cuisines! We would recommend this place to everyone who are looking for a quality stay. Thank you to the friendly staff !
