Ideally located in Central Newfoundland, you can take day trips to Gander, GFW, Twillingate or catch an early ferry to Fogo Island or Change Islands and be back at the cottage by evening.Located 15 min. from Lewisporte, you can drop down to shop/bank etc. We are located next to the Trans Can.Trail Ways which is great for ATV use, walking, running or salmon fish on the river bridge which is less than 1/2 km away. We are also 2km from Notre Dame Park, which has a great swimming and picnic beach. Indian Arm Pond is a large lake ideal for fishing and canoeing. It has many islands where outdoor enthusiasts can find unique areas to swim and picnic. The area has 26 cottages where all owners make great neighbours. It is very quiet and private. Our cottage is surrounded by trees which gives it much privacy. It's a great place to turn off electronics and get close to nature,

If someone is looking for a peaceful and serene getaway-Helen’s cabin is the answer! You can sit on the wharf or lounge on the covered deck and take in the beauty of nature. This cabin creates an atmosphere for relaxation. Just bring your food and clothes, Helen got everything else covered! Thanks again Helen!
Loved this cozy cabin. Communication was great. Place was clean. Pride of ownership is evident. Loved the little touches such as fresh flowers, welcome binder and books to read. Could lie in the hammock and watch the pond all day!
Just a fantastic place. Beautiful area, close to all amenities. A great place to just sit back and unwind. The cottage was immaculate and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Sitting on the back deck overlooking the water with my morning coffee everyday just made the trip complete. Thanks for sharing this wonderful property.

It is a very quiet neighbourhood where everyone you meet is very friendly and helpful. Everyone respects the other person's privacy. Loud parties do not occur. It is very quiet at night and the perfect spot for star gazing and listening to the sounds of our loons. Fire in the pit adds to the night's pleasures.
No public transportation available. You must have your own means of getting around.

I am a very active person who enjoys running, walking, skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. I enjoy the outdoors and is also an avid gardener. When I am inside I enjoy yoga, reading, knitting and reading. I also enjoy a nice, clean environment. My husband and I enjoy travelling. We have visited many countries and have done many cruises. We have also stayed in many Airbnbs and have had very favorable stays. I am excited to be a host.
