This house is an excellent space for a large group of people with plenty of room to move around and space is organized well. You don’t need anything if you stay here, everything is provided. Super close to Fred Meyer and 3 bears, and only about 15 min from the city. Beautiful quiet home that is warm and comfortable! Definitely will stay here again!

My family and I stayed at Kristins lovely home for a two day stay while we set up for and attended a memorial/funeral reception. It was very convenient for us and close proximity to the church and reception hall. Being able to all stay together for such an event was very important to us and we were so grateful to have found the opportunity at this beautiful home. Checkin and checkout was a breeze and the home was perfection. We had ample space for our large group and the amenities in the home made it easy to host myself, adult kids, and grandkids. Kristin was extremely responsive and accommodating to all of our needs and requests. We live locally in Alaska ourselves but with extra people who traveled for the services we needed more space and to be close to Chugiak/Eagle River. If we ever need to rent in the area again we look forward to another stay at this fantastic home!
