The host was very responsive and gave very clear instructions on the rules, regulations, and expectations of guests. There were a lot of rules and restrictions for this condo that were passed along multiple times prior to getting there. Check in and out was very easy and the location was easy to find. Even, though there were clear instructions regarding the TV, Roku, internet etc. it was still difficult to set up and took multiple try’s to get it up and working. We visited the beginning of April and when we walked in to the condo it was freezing in there and it took us a few minutes before finding the heating system and getting it running. With all the instructions we were sent, this information was not included. Also, it was not known to us or advertised as having an adjoining door to the condo next door that also had guests. We could hear everything going on next door. Overall, we had a good time and the condo worked for us. It was clean and had the basic amenities

Christine was very straightforward and flexible through booking and during my stay. The space was so comfortable and had a great view of the lake!
