Unsere Wohnung in PH Boutique del Mar war eine sehr schöne, großzügige und angenehme Unterkunft mit genug Platz und genug Möglichkeiten zum Kochen, relaxen und Arbeiten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktionierte einwandfrei, die mit den Security Guards im Garita an der Lobby aufgrund der Sprachbarriere nur minimal komplizierter und immer entspannt. Mitarbeiter des Hauses waren immer freundlich, angenehm und zuvorkommend. Leider ist die Ecke des Stadtviertels, in der Boutique del Mar liegt, nicht besonders angenehm für Fußgänger und hat sehr viel Verkehr - dafür ist sie insgesamt sehr modern, es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants und Bars, die auch liefern. Wer aber mehr "Panama Flair" möchte, sollte eine Unterkunft in einem der älteren Stadtteile suchen. Für uns war es aber sehr gut, da wir in der Nähe des Atlapa Convention Centers wohnen wollten, wo wir geschäftlich zu tun hatten und das nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt war.

My family and I really enjoy staying at the Quartier del Mar. We love the location and the easy acess to enter the building. The coffee shop in the building is a plus! They are always very quick to respond and facilitate our needs! Thank you!

I booked this airbnb for 11 days and overall the experience was okay. Pro's: Great location, Nice views, Easy Access to everything, The Host was very responsive and the airbnb for the most part had everything we needed as far as pots & Pans, Coffee Machine etc. Cons: Whenever you needed to adjust any of the AC units, you had to remove and reinsert the batteries to restart the remote. The fridge was constantly leaking both inside and outside, creating puddles. There was always one elevator out of order, so you had to wait for it to drop people off and come back up, which caused a couple of Uber drivers to cancel on me and charge me a fee for not being downstairs. The wifi signal was weak and didn't reach the back rooms, mainly just the living room and the closest room to it. The AC temperature in the master bedroom was not super cold even when set to the same temperature as the other rooms. Overall the building needs attention which of course is not the host fault.
