La maison de Placido est une perle ! Un havre de paix avec tout le confort et une décoration choisie avec goût ! Nous avons apprécié la piscine qui est superbe et toute l’attention apportée pour que le séjour soit réussie ! Un grand merci à Alessandra pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils forts avisés :) Nous aurions voulu y passer beaucoup plus de temps !

We had a great stay at Placido’s “attic” house. It was very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. The outside area and the pool were perfect for my children to relax after a full day of sightseeing. Both him and Alessandra were very helpful and very easy to communicate.

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade zur Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Anlage und Wohnung ist es top sauber und gepflegt. Die direkte Umgebung ist leider sehr verschmutzt. Für Ausflüge auf den Etna, Catania usw. jedoch ideal.

Placido's place was even better than expected. He's a helpful host. There was only a small coffee maker for four of us. We brought this to his attention and the next day he brought us a big one. He provided a bunch of local recommendations. We were only there for a few days, but we got to try a pizzeria he recommended nearby which was AMAZING! The property is great for a short or long stay, with all the amenities we needed, like laundry. And just a short drive from Catania, Etna, or Taormina. The only small negative is there isn't very good isolation between the apartments, so it's very easy to hear the neighbors. Luckily no one was disruptive during our stay and we didn't have any issues being woken up or anything. But hopefully this is something they will improve in the future. It could be a good idea to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, though!
