Jean was awesome and understanding. She responds very quickly. The only issue was parking. We had 4 vehicles coming from different places. The towing company harassed us one night, cursed us out. Very disrespectful. The next night at 4am they came and towed 2 of the four vehicles saying that no cars could be parked on the side of the road and not even on the concrete behind the other vehicles. I flew in from Mississippi and my sisters drove in from other parts of Florida. We had no where to park. The towing company said that the homeowners association sent them. The HOA said they did not and they did not communicate with anyone else other than the homeowner. It was a terrible experience during the holidays. We ended up paying $337 to get vehicles back. The Polk county sheriffs were a joke. They said that this is a civil matter and that the towing company had a freedom of speech to curse us out! Jean was great tho. None of this was her fault.

The house is exactly as described. Not far from Disney parks and the home is spacious.The host we’re truly only a phone call away. I would say double check that all appliances work,while on our visit the refrigerator did not work so nothing was able to be kept cold. Which was bad for us because we had an insulin dependent person so everyday we brought ice so that the medication can be cold.

Our stay was awesome! The pool was heated to our perfection .. We just loved the home. Beautiful and cozy! We must stay again!

The property was beautiful, extremely clean and well maintained. It was fully equipped with all the necessities. Excellent directions for accessing the property. All parks, stores, dining, etc are a short drive. Being close to Champions Gate was nice and convenient. Jean was super responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay!
