Worth the time, Worth the money. Charissa was respectful of our space and very friendly to us and our child. Location was a dream and every day was a new adventure in the same neighborhood. Already planning for our next visit.

We have stayed at Charissa’s place the last four years. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and lovely house. Walkable to Starbucks and Rock City. Good coffee and homemade cookies in room - what else could you need? Loved having access to the backyard as well. Thank you!

Our stay at Charissa’s was delightful in every way. She was a gracious and communicative hostess and a pleasure to work with. The room was impeccable and there were so many thoughtful and welcoming touches - we had everything we could have ever needed. Charissa is the definition of a super host and we would be privileged to stay at her place again.

We chose the location due to the proximity to Rock City. We were disappointed it all closed down, including the restaurant there, at 5pm. In regards to “3 lanterns and a bunny” for location purposes, only 2 of the 3 solar lights were lit, very dimly, and we couldn’t see the bunny statue at all in the dark. The walkway to the entrance around the back was covered in leaves and we were tripped up by the uneven pavers. Maybe blowing or sweeping the leaves off the walkway knowing we were checking in could have been considered. The walkway was well lit. That said, the room was cozy and comfortable. We chose to stay in once we realized our entrance to Rock City couldn’t happen. We watched 2 hokey Hallmark christmas movies but the TV reception was pretty bad and the movies kept going off and restarting. The shower was excellent. And we were delighted to see 2 sweet ginger kittens pressing their faces to the widow as we checked out in the morning.
