一个人住挺喜欢的，小小房间关上外面门就可以拥有天台一片天地，房东人不错，建议被套要加一个，下次再来一个人还是会入住这里。

K's AirBnB is by far the dirtiest and most uncomfortable I've ever been in. I checked in on Christmas Eve and left its by Christmas Day. Why? 1) The sheets were unclean! I literally got into bed and the cover and bed sheets smelled like they had not been cleaned in weeks! I could smell body odor. It was the most uncomfortable thing ever! 2) I was bitten by mosquitos all night long. I literally could not sleep. Mosquitos were biting me all over my body. 3) The host's communication was poor. I messaged and texted him, but he did not respond. I was actually being reasonable and requested a refund for 6 out of the 9 nights because the minimum number of nights was 3 nights. However, K promptly denied my request and failed to communicate with me afterwards. Till now, he has not responded to my messages. Interestingly, I tried texting him a text via phone, and I could not send him texts. That made me wonder if he blocked me. I guess he did not want a paper trail? AirBnB believes that guests should have the best possible experience and K failed in terms of cleanliness and customer service. The philosophy of AirBnB is to create a great experience for guests. I believe this is K's third negative review. I can only hope that he reacquaints himself with Airbnb's philosophy and adjust his practices. Moreover, I want to mention that for the price of this AirBnB, I could have stayed in one of the many clean, modern hostels in Taipei. On a positive note, K did help me move my heavy luggage up 5 flights of stairs and he was friendly in person, but boy he is two-faced. I would not recommend staying here! Taipei has numerous accommodations, so don't feel you need to take anything you find, especially this AirBnB. Plus, next time always read the reviews because I would have avoided this horrid experience if I had just taken a minute or two to read all the reviews. I was just busy and wanted to book a place as soon as possible. Thanks for reading this review. Happy AirBnB times!

Unacceptably filthy when I arrived. The floors, walls, bathroom, microwave, bed, chair, and bed linens were all very dirty, moldy, or had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. The host told me that he would hire a new cleaning lady, but it is very difficult to believe that anyone had cleaned that place in the last year. I did not use the microwave because it was so gross inside. The first 3 weeks I was staying there, the shower drain was clogged and did not drain properly. There were significant delays in communication with the host. Despite all this, the host was nice to my face and the location is great. But the apartment is incredibly small and moldy with paint bubbling on the walls. The AC was full of mold and one of the cupboards was full of dirty plastic bags and rags.

Host is a great guy but some times too busy if you need a kick response. Over all it's good value with great location, worth it 👍
