Downtown area of Seoul and easy to access with public transportation which are the main subway lines 2, 8 and express 9 to reach every where. Convenient facilities of residence are close. There is no end of the ways to fill your day living here, parks, theaters, concert halls, shopping malls and countless restaurants. ⭐ 모든 침구는 세탁 후, 정성을다해 다림질하여 준비해드리고 있습니다. This place is suit for famiky staying and pets welcome. Also I have a dog and two cats. Therefore I know how difficult to travel and find a place to stay with your lovely pets. Do not hesitate to ask me to bring your pets.

房间整洁干净，很安静，晚上休息也不会觉得被打扰。楼下就有便利店，有需要的话随时可以下楼买到东西。房东回复信息及时，会耐心解释。非常谢谢这次入住！

아이들과 코비드 이후 오랜만에 한국으로 나와 지하철역이나 노는곳이 많은 숙소를 찾았는데 너무나도 좋은 숙소를 찾아 좋은시간 잘보내고왔습니다 소통도 너무 잘해주셨어요 감사합니다

We had a great stay at Yumis place. The apartment was just what we needed, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a nicely stocked kitchen and washing machine. The location was a quick walk to 2 different metro lines and we could get anywhere in the city quickly. Yumi was very helpful and communicative. Thank you for hosting us!!

Great location. Walking distance to 송리단길 and 방이동 먹자골목. Close to Lotte World and Tower. Lots of shops and restaurants near by.

We had a truly lovely stay at Yumi’s place. A gem of a place. Roomy, clean and with all of the amenities that you’d expect (and more). The location was close to various public transportation options (esp an express stop for subway line 9). We will hope this place is available every time we visit.
