5 of us stayed here for 4 nights in April. The place was as listed, perfectly clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. It has a big lounge and TV, a well equipped kitchen, private parking and a huge outdoor space with pool, BBQ and covered dining area. It's a 10 minute drive from the centre of Kotor with plenty of parking options on the near side of town, a 5 minute drive from a big supermarket and a 10 minute drive from the airport. You'll need a car but if you don't mind that it's the perfect place to stay, would definitely stay here again.

Villa review We have booked self catering villas for over 20 years and Villa Mina is up there with the best. This is undoubtedly down to its owner Milos’ attention to detail, customer service and communication skills. The villa is immaculately clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. But its crowning glory is the outside space. The pool and, in particular, the outdoor kitchen are what sets this villa apart - the photos do not do it justice. Some reviewers have commented negatively about the location. Yes, it’s not in Kotor, however it is only 3 miles or 6 minutes (depending on the time of day) to get there by car. The trade off of having a quiet space to come back to after a packed, busy day in Kotor when the cruise ships are in or further afield is definitely worth it. I would recommend without hesitation.

The place was excellent. Great location and close to everything. Very clean and spacious. Outdoor pool was pristine and enjoyable.

A beautiful property with all amenities thoughtfully included- plenty of clean linen, toiletries, barbecue grill, outdoor shower ( with shower gel) near the swimming pool. Besides this, the kitchen was well equipped, which made food prep most enjoyable. Our stay was extremely comfortable and relaxing to come to in the evenings, particularly after a day of sightseeing or activities. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

The weather ws beautiful Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool everyday There is a great fish restaurant locally. Milos is a good flexible host. His communication was good and speedy.
