Conveniently located in the Village Marina complex, on the Ria Formosa front and at the heart of Olhão, this modern 2-bedroom apartment is minutes away from water-taxis departing for Olhão's famous island with white-sand and crystal-clear water beaches. The nearby open air Market and the waterfront restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood purchased that morning from returning local fishermen, are just some of the great facilities that can be found in this neighbourhood. Very comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated, the apartment sleeps six (maximum 4 adults + 2 children), has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a very spacious and bright living / dining area which opens onto a covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs for four and a chaise-lounge chair. Here is the perfect place for you to relax and savour great meals alfresco while enjoying the spectacular view of the Ria Formosa. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds, and a second bathroom is located in the hall outside the second bedroom. The sofa opens into a sofa-bed suitable for two children.

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. The location was great, the place comfortable, and the price very reasonable. Filomena was heading out of town as we arrived, so we were left in the very capable hands of her assistant, Sonia - who was AMAZING. Sonia provided assistance with local information, restaurant recommendations, a rental car reservation, a transfer to the airport, and lots of tips that only a local resident could provide. She made our stay in Olhao a truly memorable one. I would highly recommend a stay at this - or any - of Filomena's/Sonia's properties.

Apartment is beautifully decorated and in a good location for restaurants . You need a car if you want to visit beaches . I think the welcome pack could be better included was 6 tea bags 3 coffee capsules bottle of water couple of dishwasher tablets and 2 bottles of toilet cleaner !. Would have like to see some milk . Also the kitchen is well stocked with pots pans . Would have been good to see salt and pepper . It states that towels are included but this does not include beach towels .The apartment has a swimming pool and the listing says "bath towels are not to be used for the pool". We were mot expecting to have to go and buy them .

Très bel appartement, bien décoré et très bien situé. Très bon accueil et ponctuel. Réactivité lorsque nous avons constatés l'oubli des torchons dans l'appartement.

Das Appartment entspricht absolut den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Alles tipptopp sauber und sinnvoll ausgestattet. Die Lage perfekt, Restaurants, Markthalle, Altstadt alles in 5-10 Min. fussläufig erreichbar. Filomena war ausgesprochen kompeten und schnell bei Rückfragen, sehr sympathisch. Olhao ist ein kleines Juwel an der touristisch in sehr vielen Orten überlaufenen Algave.

The best way to get to know Olhão is to walk around and be amazed along the way. Getting lost in the twisted network of cobbled and wander down to the waterfront is part of the fun. The islands can be visited by the frequent ferries available closed to the market.
Parking is available inside the Marina Village complex, in front of the apartment block entrance. However, because of this property’s central location, a car is not necessary for an enjoyable stay.
