Bernhard was very responsive and helpful during a stressful mishap and was excellent to communicate with. The space however was loud (basically a male dorm) and no A/C so windows had to be open (which was totally fine weather wise, the room was comfortable) however people were outside singing/partying until 6am every night. The location is VERY walkable to Oktoberfest which was nice and convenient. One towel per guest provided but otherwise limited amenities (no soap, hand towels, etc). Again, the host was great and location to Oktoberfest was prime for partying.

A great stay in Munich! Perfect location to walk to and from Oktoberfest. Great price and seamless communication with the host Bernhard. Highly recommend!!

Place is a great location for Oktoberfest and it’s exactly what you sign up for. Prices were much cheaper than anything around the area and it a lot of fun.

I definitely recommend this place, especially for those who is going to enjoy the Oktoberfest. The room is big, comfortable and de location is amazing (5 minutes walking from Oktoberfest, near to to train station, restaurants and coffee shops). People are friendly, Berhnad was very kind and the communication leading up and during our stay was clear and prompt. We would stay here again, for sure.
