这是一个和房东住在一起的家，距离8号地铁非常近，门口有超市，位于15区，非常安全，你可以有一件小房间使用，有2个层板放自己的东西，客厅可以使用，但是白天房东会有课程所以请放好自己的物品在卧室，这里有一只可爱的猫咪，如果你不介意的话，请不要打开窗户，这是房东的工作室，所以不要使用她的厨房，并保持整洁，晚上10点以后不要洗澡，因为会吵到邻居，这里每天晚上会提供早餐，不需要在外面吃，总体非常好，临走房东还送我们自己做的食物，很贴心，请大家保持整洁干净

My whole stay was quite good except one incident where I guess Victorie was drunk and she was speaking to us in directly from the hall. She was upset on breakfast timings and us spending more time in the house than outside. I guess we were supposed to had the breakfast by 9 AM but one of us got out around 9:40 AM, so we just told her to not prepare next day. Also place can be little uncomfortable if you want to spend more time in the room than outside. Room doesn’t have heating service which might be little uncomfortable. She must be a wonderful host but that incident just before going out for the new year eve spoilt our mood. But rest was good.

Victoire is a great host and her place is cosy. Place is suited for female clients more than male. Even though she was kind and gracious as a host, I felt I was out of place. She has a great bedroom that she rents and the bathroom and toilet is shared. Breakfast is not for Americans, it is simple and basic French style. Her place is 30 min walk to Eiffel Tower, which was a positive. Great restaurants and bars along the way. I felt safe there. But as I said not for male clients, even though she welcomes both (just my opinion). Best wishes and travel safe.

The place was really nice and Victoire was an amazing host. She was very helpful and kind and made me feel really welcomed. The place was exactly as in the pictures. It was always clean and the room was comfortable and cosy. The region is quiet and safe, with many places like restaurants café, supermarkets, etc. and with many metro stations nearby. I would totally revisit Victoire's apartment and I totally recommend this place.
