Vlad's home is perfect for hosting a large group. There was a never a moment where we felt like we were on top of each other, there was plenty of space for everyone. The bedrooms were a great size and the den and family room had plenty of seating for everyone. The location is very close to Bromley mountain if you enjoy skiing or snowboarding. The one important thing to note is that the house is at the end of an incredibly long driveway. I wish Vlad had let us know we would absolutely need snow tires as 2 of our cars did get stuck in the snow one morning. We had to call Vlad to have someone come plow and salt the driveway so we could get out.

Second time we have stayed at one of Vlads properties and again a great stay. He’s very responsive, helpful and communicative and the house is always ready and clean. Thanks again Vlad if back in the area we will be reaching out again

For our weekend we needed a place that accommodated everyone in our group, was private, and had a big enough kitchen for our cooking needs. Vlad’s place was great for us. Everyone had the sleeping arrangements they wanted. It was especially nice that some of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The living rooms were large enough for us all to hang out in. The grounds were secluded and we were able to do a little nature walking and some of us got some nice nature photos. The hot tub was great to relax in and was clean. Everything was really just as described in the listing. We couldn’t have had a better experience and we will likely book it again next year.

Let's start with the good. Vlad's place is absolutely idyllic. The home is incredibly private. It sits at the end of an already secluded road. The lot is lined by trees and gives you a sense that no one is around for miles. The bedroom locations are great to allow the party to continue even when others go to bed. I've never seen an airbnb that had so much stuff there for use, simple things like tons of towels, paper towels, soap. It's the little things that make a difference. On the negative side, you get the sense that this home is being milked for every dollar and no investment is being made to maintain it. Filthy is an understatement. We actually went to the store and bought cleaning supplies for the dishwasher and washer because things came out dirtier than they went in. The grill burner controls were caked in grease. The hot tub was leaking and there were clear signs of water damage in the basement and a smell of mold. A bummer, otherwise would easily be 5 stars.
