Perfect! This place was a serene getaway right on the beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea. Upon arrival, the house was just as described and photographed with plenty of private en suite bathrooms and lots of open common space. The kitchen was well-equipped (and stocked with some delicious surprises) making it easy to serve a group of 10+. The bedrooms were clean and spacious with beautiful lighting and some had ocean views. Nicola was super friendly and flexible with arrival time. He came to let us in and give us a full tour to make sure we knew how every amenity functioned, including the espresso machine. The house was very clean. The couches and beds were comfortable. The size and layout of the house make it very comfortable for large families or groups to use while maintaining individual or couple privacy. Our group of 10 will definitely be back! Thank you for being so attentive and responsive to all our questions, Nicola. Our time was perfect.

Bellissima villa direttamente sul mare, perfetta per gruppi o grandi famiglie con tante stanze e bagni e privacy per tutti. In particolare Ci siamo goduti la fantastica terrazza e il giardino. A pochi minuti a piedi dal palazzo del capo dove abbiamo celebrato un matrimonio di amici. Nicola e gentilissimo e a disposizione per qualunque cosa! Siamo stati benissimo!

Nicola is the perfect host and was on call whenever we needed anything he made our trip very relaxed. The villa is great for a large family or 2 smaller families wanting to share. It’s location is perfect with the sea literally out of the back gate and other beach clubs within 10minutes walk The villa has all the amenities one needs with the added bonus of all rooms having en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning upstairs. Restaurants and local shops are all within 10minutes walk as well. The views from the villas terrace are amazing and to watch the sunset every evening is a dream. I would not hesitate to come back again to this beautiful house.

Nicola e i suoi genitori sono stati gentilissimi e sempre molto disponibili. Ci hanno accolto lasciandoci anche del vino, olio, frutta e verdura fresca provenienti dalla loro azienda agricola. La villa ha una posizione stupenda, è molto spaziosa, la pulizia perfetta! Sicuramente da consigliare a chi vuole vivere un' esperienza della vacanza tranquilla e direttamente sulla spiaggia, lontano dal caos turistico, ma nello stesso tempo con la possibilità di avvicinarsi in macchina a tanti luoghi più conosciuti.
