We love Lake Placid. Staying at the lodge is always a treat. Everyone, is always super friendly and accommodating, even for little children as well. My kids did not want to leave. The lodge has something to offer for everyone and we can’t wait to go back!

Timothy's place was exactly as described and a great place for our girls trip. Easy check-in, free valet parking, and beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a really beautiful view. There is a nice patio as well. We were there during the winter so the temperature was too cold to sit out there, but I imagine during the warmer months it would be a lovely place for morning coffee. Hotel is a short uber or car ride to the Main St in Lake Placid with lots of fun bars/restaurants and shopping. Also a short ride to White Face Ski mountain. Overall everything during our stay was lovely, Timothy was a responsive host and I would love to stay in one of his properties in the future.
