Overall good space, but not clean to a good standard. Danielle from Exmouth accommodation was amazing. 5 stars for her, as she rectified most issues Location not too bad either.
Great location. Osprey Village is a quiet, small complex that is very family friendly.
As previously mentioned place needs a good clean, light shades all full of bugs and skirting boards and surfaces dirty.With the price being asked to stay here the owners need to start spending more money on upkeep. Rear bedroom A/C had constant squeeling due to failed bearing and front bedroom unit kept us awake all night when it loaded up every 15 mins and then the controller stopped working , it’s a very old unit that needs replacing !we ended up getting the single mattresses from the mezzanine area to sleep on in the lounge room as it was the only quiet A/C unit, the 3 single beds in the mezzanine were useless as it was so hot up there that the kids couldn’t sleep there. The problem with the A/C units was raised with the agents and a tech came round and confirmed what was previously mentioned, we were told that the owners were unwilling to give a partial refund as they still worked even though we were unable to sleep in there due to the noise. The outdoor area was not very inviting with empty beer cans in the garden along with a broken garden hose. Saying that the agents were very quick to change the faulty shower head we asked to be fixed and said their hands were tied in regards to any refund as it was the owners discretion. We stayed there due to having to cancel a holiday to the eastern states so was last minute which was probably why it was available. We are currently working with Airbnb to try and get a partial refund due to A/C units. My advice would be to find somewhere else to stay in the complex as most of the other Villas looked much better maintained and inviting. The pool is also very small for the size of the complex it’s about the size of a small house pool! We won’t recommend staying there to any of our friends
