budget hotel in the heart of Launceston. Location is walking distance to a lot of dining and was a great location for Festivale. The price paid for Festivale weekend was fair given the age of the hotel. If it wasn't for a special Tassie event it would be over priced for a regular stay. Place doesn't have an elevator, rooms are really dated and long overdue for renovations. Out of date items in the mini bar, plumbing in the room wasn't exactly great. But an affordable stay for in the heart of town. Staff were friendly. Establishment does need some work though.

It's a hotel Airbnb. so as expected pictures may not be representative of the room which you get on Airbnb. But they are flexible with the timing. Cold/continental breakfast seems to be different from hot breakfast. Anyway, we enjoyed the stay at the hotel room.
