It was a great location, very beautiful and awesome views and yard! The reviews are true in that you can hear the upstairs guests very easily however it was not late or super early. we did have some issue with the water heater that were out of anyone's control and Patrick was very responsive about that. And gracious about the fact that we had to change some plans accordingly. Would love to visit when the pool is open!!

We had a great time staying at Patrick’s place! House was clean and new and the views were awesome! Loved the fenced yard for the pups! Patrick was super helpful and responsive to any and all questions & we really enjoyed our time there! Thank you!

Patrick was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

The place is beautiful! It's unfortunate that I was there after the pool closed and it was raining. I would've loved to enjoy the back patio. Everything was clean and modern. Plenty of cooking appliances, big fridge. Patrick responds quickly and is so nice and polite! They had candles lit for me when I got there! I would definitely stay there again.
