Lawson’s Landing is a quiet, lovely, lake house with everything a person needs. If planning to swim in Round lake, bring water shoes and beach towels. Tawas State Park, located on Lake Huron is just minutes away. Great location!

Perfect little lake house that suited our family of four for a quiet getaway before summer ends. Very quiet, the space was clean and fairly spacious, the deck was secured with gates and the beach was clean, all great for the kids. No Wi-Fi so we loved the variety of old DVDs they had available :) Just a short walk down the street to the outpost with delicious pizza and ice cream. We definitely recommend this place to others and hope to be back again!

I can't say enough about this beautiful little lakefront home. The house has everything you could need and most of what you would want. The A/C is not a window unit (as suggested in the listing) but in fact central air for the main living area (LR & Kitchen). While the bedrooms did not have A/C, the nights are cool and open windows provided a lovely breeze. The lakeside deck is a good size and has one of the best views on the lake. You can see across Round Lake and well into Indian Lake; in fact, this summer the two were connected with a shallow pass through and we were able to kayak across both lakes without leaving the boat. Like most lake houses, neighbors are close but mostly there only on weekends. Mid-week was very quiet and peaceful. We saw gulls, cranes, ducks, geese, even an eagle. Also deer, rabbits, squirrels, etc. This home is only ten minutes from Tawas City with its great restaurants and shopping. Many of the restaurants overlook Tawas Bay. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a very relaxing, wonderful time. it was everything that we hoped for and more. We are already planning a return trip.
