我们是三口之家，位置便利，如果您是自驾那么要停在附近的收费停车场，停车费比较贵，如果房东能准备一些咖啡就更好了，总之还不错。

Hübsche, freundlich anmutende Wohnung, die Küche für unsere Bedürfnisse ausreichend gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler) und die Betten sehr bequem. Günstige Lage, wichtige Verkehrsmittel erreicht man in 5 Minuten Gehzeit, auch bestimmte Sehenswürdigkeiten (Z. B. La Casa Milá). Auch Checkin und vorherige Kommunikation liefen reibungslos. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter. Marietta

This is a great place to stay in Barcelona, we had everything we needed in the apartment. Located in the neighborhood of Gracia with lots of small shops and restaurants. Communication with Marta and Paul is super easy. We can absolutely recommend it.

Marta & Paul were very responsive in their communications, and flexible about check-in, which was greatly appreciated. Their friend, Gustavo, was at the apartment when we arrived from the airport, was friendly, and clear in his instructions. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. A grocery store nearby had everything we needed during our stay. We especially appreciated Gustavo's arranging a taxi to take us to the train station in the early morning hours of our departure date. The taxi arrived right on time and we were so pleased to be assured of this transportation!
